We started Atomise in 2022 to do tech consulting differently — senior people, honest advice, and software that actually ships.
Our story
Atomise was founded in 2022 by people who had spent 20+ years building software for some of the UK’s largest wealth-management and financial firms. We’d seen too many projects fail for the same reasons — junior teams, no ownership, and technology chosen to impress rather than to work.
So we built something simpler: a team of senior engineers who take real responsibility for delivery, explain things in plain language, and care more about outcomes than buzzwords. In 2023 we opened a development centre in India, so we can scale quickly and support clients around the clock.
