SOLUTION

Swapsi, a US-based startup, set out to redefine online swapping—combining the best of free classifieds, Tinder-style matching, and gamification.

 

Atomise designed the application and architecture from the ground up, leveraging Graph databases to power intelligent content feeds, similar to those used in social networks. We also built and managed the underlying infrastructure in AWS, and were responsible for productionising the software. Atomise provided hands-on support to the non-technical founder, guiding them through the complexities of turning their vision into a scalable reality.

 

Key deliverables included:

 

  • A phased plan defining the path from initial Proof of Concept (POC) to a full Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • A custom-designed, intuitive “Tinder-style” UI that allows users to browse items quickly.
  • AI-powered listing assistant that automatically generates titles, descriptions, and price estimates for items based on photos.
  • Implementation of secure login (OTP), data encryption in transit, and GDPR-compliant user data management.
