IMPLEMENTATION

We embedded a senior engineering pod into Hubwise, scaling with the roadmap and contributing from the first sprint. Alongside feature delivery, we modernised the platform with a service layer, clearer boundaries, automated testing and CI/CD, while continuously transferring knowledge to the in-house team.
